We've added the following features:

• Installation of Tomcat 9
• Installation of earoute as a service
• Implementation of the latest eAgent 2.0 code
• Added 11 State-specific message keys to the menus
• Addressed an issue where some users had to submit the LOGON message twice in order to be authenticated
